Our team of administrators is based in Tangermünde, where they are responsible for the reliable operation and continuous maintenance of our server and IT infrastructure. From here, central systems are monitored, maintained and further developed to ensure that our digital processes run smoothly.

The historic town of Tangermünde in Saxony-Anhalt offers a quiet and focused environment for this work. The location combines modern IT work with the special atmosphere of a traditional town on the River Elbe.

Not far from the French border, the Sertronics Group's largest branch is located, with around 20,000 m² of workshop and logistics space.

As an authorised service partner for all well-known supermarket chains, we provide after-sales service for the entire non-food range and handle all related services. Our central service hotline processes up to 350,000 enquiries annually – in seven different languages.

In addition, we specialise in after-sales service for garden tools, robot and vacuum cleaner systems at our Saarlouis location. As one of the largest workshops for garden tools in Europe, we provide service for numerous products – from robotic lawnmowers and vacuum cleaner systems to electric garden shears.

Our branch in Hanover is centrally located in the Langenhagen industrial and commercial park. Thanks to its excellent location, we are surrounded by numerous large logistics service providers who value the location as much as we do.

Hanover is home to our central point of contact for all services related to returns management. Our on-site service team also handles warranty extensions and warranty renewals for well-known insurance companies.

In addition, we operate a specialised repair centre here for Fuji instax cameras and printers as well as for Sony medical, printer, projector and professional products.

The lively Berlin district of Adlershof – right on the grounds of Studio Berlin and not far from BER Airport – is home to both the headquarters of our online shop BerryBase and the BerryBase Store. The store is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This location is home to BerryBase and our MakerSpace – a place for innovation, development and collaborative tinkering with electronics, technology and creative maker projects.

Berlin is also home to the professional service centre for Sony, Vinten and Sachtler tripods.

Last but not least, we operate a rental equipment pool from Adlershof with the latest electronic products from Sony.

Our second Sertronics location in Hamburg is centrally located on Nikolaifleet, right in the historic heart of the Hanseatic city and is just a few minutes' walk from the impressive Speicherstadt - the largest historical warehouse complex in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Our BerryBase e-commerce team as well as our human resources and finance departments are at home here.

The headquarters of Sertronics GmbH Germany is located on the premises of Studio Hamburg, surrounded by stars and starlets. This is also where our Professional Service Center is based, which supports Monacor, Sony, Sharp/NEC, Clear-Com, HME Intercom, and others.

Our IT team's headquarters are also located here. They not only assist with commissioning, but also provide operational support for TV and radio stations and offer 24/7 support for standard IT applications.

In addition, Hamburg-Tonndorf is home to the service center for all robot solutions in the portfolio of our subsidiary Roboterly GmbH.

As at all Sertronics branches, on-site repairs (InHome) are planned and carried out at this location, including for the well-known brands Sharp and NEC displays and projectors.
