Repair acceptance & information
Register your professional equipment or consumer electronics from the following manufacturers with us for repair. You will be guided step-by-step through the repair acceptance process and will receive a delivery note summarizing all the important information about your repair order. When you send the device to us, please include the signed delivery note with your shipment.
Shipping labels can only be provided free of charge within the first 4 weeks of the invoice date. Please contact our support by E-Mail for a shipping label after creating the RMA and state the created RMA number.
